Sara Mornell
Biography
Sara Mornell (born March 24, 1970) is an American actress, producer, and acting coach. She is known for her recurring role as Carole Tobey on the legal drama series Judging Amy (2000-2001) and for playing Ensign Carson in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Starship Down" (Season 4). Mornell has appeared in numerous television shows including Becker, Bones, CSI: NY, Detroit 1-8-7, ER, JAG, Lie to Me, and Six Feet Under. In addition to acting, Sara is the founder of Mornell Studios and the creator of the Mornell Method, a coaching approach focused on improving actors' performances by helping them find authenticity and confidence. She has also produced and directed projects such as People Like Us (2012) and Starting from Scratch (2013). Sara originally trained in classical acting and has a passion for mentoring working actors.
