Vera Kiperman (in Ukrainian Vіra Viktorіvna Kіperman, her maiden name is Galushka; better known under the pseudonym Vera Brezhneva, was born in the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk, Dnepropetrovsk region, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) - Ukrainian pop singer, actress, TV presenter, former member of the pop group VIA Gra ”(2003-2007). UN Goodwill Ambassador for HIV / AIDS (UNAIDS Program).
