
Iosif Polyzoidis
Biography
Iosif Polyzoidis is a Greek actor. He was born in 1974 in Germany where he lived until he was 6 years old, while he comes from Alexandroupoli and Didymoteicho. After finishing school he studied Marketing and Advertising at the Technical University of Athens. At the age of 25 he decided to become an actor and began his studies, while at the same time working in various television productions. In 1998, he made his television debut with a leading role in the social series "Victims of Peace" on Mega Channel. There he co-starred for one season with Anna-Maria Papacharalambous, Giorgos Pyrpasopoulos, Agis Emmanuel and Haris Mavroudis. In the 2000-2001 season, he starred with Dimitra Matsouka and Takis Spyridakis in the comedy series "Trojan Horse" on ANT1. This was followed by the romantic series "En Iordani" where he co-starred with Vana Barba. Another well-known television role was that of Babis in the romantic series "Litsa.com" in the 2008-2010 season on ANT1. He made his first appearance in cinema in 2001 in the social film "Pes sti morphini akumbi ton zotko". This was followed by the productions "Na m' agapas" and "Mesanykhta" in 2003. In 2008, he played in three films: "Molis Horisa", "To kuti" and "Bank Bang". In 2009, he starred in the film "I'd Die for You" with Eleni Randou.
