Storyline
Police captain Adil Akhtanov, nicknamed the Tick, is suspected of murder — these are the evidence and testimony of the defendant in the next case, which was led by the captain. Nevertheless, Akhtanov's immediate boss instructs him to conduct an unofficial investigation into the death of traffic police officers.
